We’re excited to potentially have you on board and truly appreciate your willingness to support the Canungra Show Society. To get started, please complete the linked volunteer form. Once submitted, we’ll connect you with the coordinator for one of the following areas, based on your preference and our needs (please note, we get inundated with volunteer requests every year, so please wait until you receive corospondence):

• Ticket Office

• Parking

• Canteen

• Set-up / Clean-up

• Bar (RSA certification required)

Volunteer shifts range from 4 to 8 hours, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your availability. As a token of our appreciation, we offer the following volunteer entitlements:

2026 Volunteer Benefits:

• 4 hours – Free event entry, 1 meal voucher, 1 non-alcoholic drink

• 6 hours – Free event entry, 1 meal voucher, 1 alcoholic drink (age limits apply)

• 8+ hours – Free event entry, 2 meal vouchers, 2 alcoholic drinks (age limits apply)

Entitlements will be provided by your coordinator at the end of your shift.

The Canungra Show Society is a not-for-profit organisation, and our events including the Annual Rodeo help raise vital funds to support local community initiatives and our beloved Annual Show.
